Terms of Service
These terms govern access to PUP Sanctuary, including gameplay, virtual items, rewards, deposits, withdrawals, and support services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use features involving deposits, withdrawals, or digital assets. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
One person may not use multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referrals, missions, rewards, withdrawal limits, or other platform systems.
Game PUP and Reward PUP
Game PUP is an in-game balance used for eligible game purchases and is not directly withdrawable. Reward PUP is generated through eligible gameplay and may be used in-game or withdrawn when withdrawal requirements are met.
PUP balances are game-account records, not bank deposits, securities, ownership interests, or guaranteed stores of value.
Virtual items and gameplay
Pets, habitats, food, upgrades, packages, energy, and other game items are virtual features provided for gameplay. Their stats, pricing, availability, rewards, and mechanics may be changed to maintain balance, security, or platform sustainability.
Deposits and withdrawals
Supported deposits and withdrawals may use Polygon and supported digital assets. You are responsible for using the correct network, token, and destination address. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
Withdrawals may be subject to minimums, fees, cooldowns, security review, account-age requirements, fraud controls, and manual approval.
No guaranteed earnings
PUP Sanctuary is a game and rewards platform. No pet, package, upgrade, deposit, or gameplay action guarantees profit, return, income, appreciation, or recovery of money spent.
Reward rates and platform economics may change. Do not purchase game items based on an expectation of guaranteed financial return.
Fair use and enforcement
Automation, exploits, tampering, fraud, chargeback abuse, fabricated deposits, referral abuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to manipulate balances may result in reversed rewards, restricted withdrawals, suspension, or account closure.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, blockchain congestion, third-party outages, or other operational reasons. We may update these terms and game systems. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
Limitation and applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PUP Sanctuary is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific reward value, or error-free operation. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not waived by these terms.
