Network and token risk
Only send supported assets on the supported Polygon network to the deposit address shown in your account. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss and may not be recoverable.
Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Always verify withdrawal addresses and network details before submitting a request.
Market-price risk
Digital-asset prices can move rapidly. When POL deposits are converted to Game PUP using a market price, the credited amount may differ from what the same POL amount would produce at another time.
Fees, congestion, and delays
Network fees, confirmation times, RPC outages, congestion, chain reorganizations, and third-party infrastructure can delay detection, sweeping, or payouts.
No custody guarantee
Digital assets involve technical and operational risks. Never share wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or other signing credentials with PUP Sanctuary support or other users.
