For blockchain features, we may process public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token amounts, block information, and related public network data.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, save game progress, calculate rewards, process deposits and withdrawals, prevent fraud, provide support, enforce platform rules, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.

PUP Sanctuary relies on infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, database/authentication, blockchain RPC, and network providers. These providers may process limited information necessary to deliver their services.

Public blockchain transactions are not private. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token transfers, and related activity may remain publicly visible on the Polygon network and independent block explorers.

We use access controls, server-side validation, audit records, rate limits, and other safeguards intended to protect account and transaction data. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for account operation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, and financial reconciliation.

You may contact support regarding access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction integrity, legal obligations, or because they are permanently recorded on a public blockchain.

This policy may be updated as PUP Sanctuary adds features, service providers, or compliance requirements. Material updates should be reflected by a new effective date.
